Mac users have 2 known issues 1 a bug that doesn't tell there's a new version when using version 3.3.10. This is fixed in 3.3.11, but requires users to update manually. 2 a problem with exiting. A work around that can be used is to disable the load security.
The latter is inconvenient but to little to go through the full update cycle as it doesn't effect using Cross nor crashes the mac.
If you have other problems please send a crash report.
There will not be a statement for a new release as not all intended new features may make it in the end. One simple example of how decisions can change are the changes in new OSX versions.. As you experienced an important source for taking away development time to fix what's broken by others instead of developing new.
A little more patience please as it will be there; just like you waiting for it to come...
Thanks RoJeC. Besides, I guess that an official statement void of any product release would be disrespectful and just smoke and mirrors. We will then communicate when we have something solid to say. Until then, thanks a lot for your patience.

Thanks for taking the time to provide this feedback and keeping on supporting us.
I am not saying it all for your benefits , its all for mine But being serious this software has some serious foundations and glad it does. their are things in place here that other software just will not be able to put in place the way this is now. I could say a lot more, but will save it for another day.
I have been signed up for the BETA testers for some time now, and have still yet to hear anything on a BETA of v4.xx - Is there any sort of time frame that we can expect to get the BETA release?
The Remixlive for Android Beta has been release last week. By this the team is close to having this product available for all (common) OS's.
Though Android is hard to predict as 100s of different OS versions exist technically it likely makes it possible for the devteam to have more time to schedule to the further development of the next Cross version.
As i've not involved in the decisionmaking I've to just assume that in some weeks an Alpha will be ready, usually quickly followed by a Beta and finally the RC. If the X-mas sales are taken into account it should be a tight schedule..
For Beta testers there is a seperate forum. If you signed the NDA it would be better to post your topics on this there as Beta info isn't ment to be public.
Que frustración ya mucho tiempo y ni una novedad... llego a pensar que este programa quedo obsoleto al igual que otros muchos quedaron en el olvido... mientras otros grandes programas de DJ, sacan una actualización cada semana.
It looks like a new VJ app in the same style as Remixlive. I notice Ableton Link and I assume it will have syphon input/output, which could be a lot of fun with Cross now that it also has link and syphon support!
So it begs to question. Did Mixvibes abandoned Cross PC/MAC for iOS/Android apps? Would this means another year of Cross without a significant upgrade? I hope that is not the case.
