CONCLUSION
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Your system appears to be having trouble handling real-time audio and other tasks. You are likely to experience buffer underruns appearing as drop outs, clicks or pops. One or more DPC routines that belong to a driver running in your system appear to be executing for too long. One problem may be related to power management, disable CPU throttling settings in Control Panel and BIOS setup. Check for BIOS updates.
LatencyMon has been analyzing your system for 0:00:04 (h:mm:ss) on all processors in the system.

Hm, for you it's that storage driver.
I'm currently more concerned bout something causing acpi to go crazy on certain machines.

Is that storage driver Vista-built in?
Maybe your solution really is win7.

-Did you tried to raise your latency?
-Did you tried to use U-Mix Control Pro with Ac adapter?

-In latencyMon we need to see the "Processes" tab to check the "Hard pagefaults"

Try using tools while you loading tracks, mixing, enable fx (not both of them at the same time).

Also with latencymon enable it first time, stop it an enable it again. Sometimes it "goes" to reds when starting first time.

Stelios I really dont think that's a pagefile issue.
It's definitely due to the storage driver.

I think Dan either needs to go to Win7 or buy a new harddrive.
