info denon hc 1000s

salve vorrei sapere per far funzionare la denon hc1000s con mixvibes Cross 3.3.10 ho collegato la denon hc1000s al PC con mixvibes e mi dice nella sezione MIDI che il controller e on line ma non si accende nessun pulsante e non funziona nulla ?????????????
