to figdj ROLL MODE PAD1 TO 8 WITH SHIFT MODE

So this is a problem. If you are in Cue Mode Deck 1, it uses channel 5 and parameter as follows:

PAD1 = 14
PAD2 = 15
PAD3 = 16
PAD4 = 17
PAD5 = 18
PAD6 = 19
PAD7 = 1a
PAD8 = 1b

Shift + Pad uses the following:

PAD1 = 1c
PAD2 = 1d
PAD3 = 1e
PAD4 = 1f
PAD5 = 20
PAD6 = 21
PAD7 = 22
PAD8 = 23
Those are the same parameters in your file but using ROLL mode.
If at the time you made the map you are sure you were in ROLL mode then it complicates things as we may have to use shift logic to map the rest of the functions to the pads.

By the way how are the LEDs?
Did the pad colors worked?

When mixvibe is started the lights of the pad are off
In roll mode they light up when pressed, on the left and right

I redo a map in cue mode and roll mode

Mix Toff
based on the data that you posted if confirms my previous post about the pad addresses.

An easy way to test that would be to take the last map that I posted.
Go into ROLL mode and map Pad #1 to any loop length.
Load a track.
Start play Press pad #1 in Roll mode
Does it creates a loop? Yes OK
Does it affect Cue point #1? No OK, further investigation required.
Yes, bad news, modshiftlogic must be used to map. Working on a solution for this scenario. Let me know what you find.

hello figdj

Start play Press pad #1 in Roll mode
Does it creates a loop? YES

When the loop is created pressing the pad1 the loop resumes on the cue 1.
You have to clear the roll with shift
And create another one

In the picture Pad #2 is off. is that because it didn't work or there is no set locator #2?
I am interesting in seeing which color it comes up with as I tried to match the locators colors to those of Cross as close as possible.
