IPADS no longer detected by MIX2GO PRO (iPhone works fine)

I have a mix2go pro that was working fine for weeks straight with this very iPad. One day it simply stopped working with iPad and now only works with my iPhone. When I plug in the phone (both iPad and iPhone 14.4) it detects the Cross DJ software flawlessly... when I plug in iPad it says nothing but "not charging" on top by battery icon and there is no "MIDI detected message". This is INCREDIBLY frustrating since I purchased an iPad for the unit, AS WELL AS purchased the Cross DJ APP. Not a thing has changed with the iPad as well as the MIX2GO Pro unit, it simply stopped working. I've tried multiple cables... and that doesnt explain the iPhone. Again I can use an iPhone with the app FLAWLESSLY, any cable.

Sucks man -- here we are April 2021 and still no response and still no fix. WTF -- having the same issues -- mix2go pro works ok on my iPhone, but can't connect my iPad or android tablet now either. just stopped working. mix vibes doesn't seem to care.

Hi, I’m new to here as I had the problem with Mix2go not connecting to iPad.Read on year it connects with iPhone, tried it it worked. I then plugged iPad in and it started working again. Worth a try?
Update 16/04/2021. Decided have a spin this morning, didn’t work with iPad. Plugged iPhone in, started working, then plugged iPad in and it recognised iPad and worked. Again worth a try?

Thanks for the update. Seems to have been an issue with the OS that may have been solved by an update.
But please let know if not resolved/returns.

Audio dropouts? Increase audio 'buffer size' value.

Soundcard not available/working? Try the 32bit version of Cross (is also installed).
