DJ2GO2 Compatability?

Ive been using Cross DJ for iOS for a while and wanted to use my Numark DJ2GO2 with it so i purchased the Pro version.
Cross pro sees my controller but has no mapping for it.
I also tried mapping using the free demo version of Cross pro 4 (i saw you could insert the mapping via the files app) and its not recognising the the bidirection on the jog wheels.
So i am at a bit of an impass here haha, any help would be amazing!
