Split Cable only 1 channel

The split cable from mixvibes does not work for me as expected. The sound channel is only one channel not stereo. How can i fix that problem?

- which app are you using (= on which platform, Mac, PC, iOS, Android?)
- which version of the app do you have?
- what device are you using?
