I have Cross DJ Free on an iPad. Only part of the playlists load. Is there a solution?

The few playlists that do load appear to be random.

Which version of the app do you use? When you leave the app (close) and relaunch it, are the displayed playlists the same?

I don't see anyplace where it shows the version on the iPad. It was downloaded less than 10 days ago. Updates are automatic. I upgraded it last night.

The playlists are the same each time. It does show the library reloading. I've also tried restarting from a cold start. The same playlists display.

I'm using Traktor DJ. The playlists all display. Of course they also display on iTunes.

Do you use iTunes Match / do you have songs on iCloud (added to playlists) that are not physically on your iPad?

Everything is physically on the iPad. I don't use iTunes Match or ICloud.

I create the Playlists on iTunes and update iPad.

Ok. To check the version you can open the advanced settings window and scroll to the bottom. If you don't have version 2.0.5+, please update.

Otherwise we will investigate your problem.

The app store upgraded my copy to 2.0.5 on December 1.

Two things that may help. Someone in your operations wanted beta testers. I've done a lot of that over the years.

Second, I have my iTunes playlists organized into music types. These sub playlists are stored on iTunes as a one playlist with sub playlists of each music type.

From these music types I build other playlists for individual gigs. They are working playlists for each gig. This is all done on iTunes on the desktop computer. Then I update the iPad before doing a gig.

The few playlists that do load on Cross DJ are a mixture of the music types playlists and the gig playlists. There are only six playlists that load out of 23 playlists I have constructed.

I am presently using Traktor DJ for my gigs. When I show the playlists on Traktor, all the 23 playlists are displayed as one list. For what I do that is fine. I can get both into the music types playlists'

Same problem here.
Both Cross DJ Free and Cros DJ do not load any track/playlist inside my iPhone 5s.
It all started after updating to the version 2.0.5.

An update is coming to fix that, waiting for Apple's approval.
