Hello I have Cross LE and it looks like it is a simple and easy software to use. it came with a Ion Discover DJ. It opens up and plays well then for no reason graphics will freeze and not refresh. It keeps playing but need to minimize window and reopen to get it to refresh. all the time it keeps playing. 2nd when in the explorer window choosing a file to open it will occasionally jump up to the next file above the one you choose? Are there any fixes for this? I have Win XP SP3 1.8 Dual core w/ 2gig ram. Have been using Traktor3 with no problems just thought of trying something different (easier getting lazy). What are the Pros/cons of going with Cross 1.5 and price for upgrade. Thanks

It seems like a graphic issue : check your GPU driver's and for DirectX update.
The jump to next file is certainly related, if the display freeze while browsing.
Cross 1.5 have fx, better bpm, you will also get external control and free updates (the Ion Discover version can't be updated).

Well I have Directx 9.0c which is the latest version for XP and the graphics card has the last update available. I can run every other application with no problems, no hicups, no freezes.high end flight sims / Photoshop/ and other audio programs. I would like to get this running before spending more money on a non working product. If I can get this working smoothly I would be interested in the new Cross. Let me know what you can do for me as far as getting this to run w/o the screen freezing up.
Thank you

Here are some tips:
- update XP to the latest version
- disable every security guard (virusscanner, firewall,...)
- Optimate your computer for audio software:

Try the demo of the 1.5 and you will know if it's fixed.
