problem with master tempo (DVS 7.2)

hi..i need master tempo and it doesn't work properly.i use cds and Pioneer 1000 and when i m using the pitch the music and vocals goes too high or too slow either.also the same thing when i use the wheel.it is like there is no master tempo/please help..thanks..

Are you using the CDJ's master tempo?

sure but not right now because i'm travelling.I could do that on Friday.Would you like to notify u about that because it is very important for me.is there anything else that i should do to fix this prob??
