Trying to have 'Top 50 Best rated' to NOT include samples.
Unfortunately the Sample field is not listed.

I would prefer to receive it as a hot fix in a couple of minutes, so I can continue without any silence.

Seems like a great thing for a Friday afternoon to develop; but than you have to hurry.

If not I'll wait for a future release.
(maybe add the 'location' field as well while working on....)

Did notice field Video track location; but cannot fill a value.

You can combine it with genre, i tagged all my sample's genre "sample + style".

Though still quite some work for 25k somewhat genre-organized samples; using e.g. 'group' is my workaround.

However setting status 'sample' is a present feature and collection field. As Cross uses it at the root of the tree, I guess it can (should) be in smartlist as well.

As a quick work around you could add to the smart list 'Duration is not in the range (whatever range your samples fall in)'. This should work, as long as your samples are all shorter then the rest of your collection, which I am assuming they are.

This definitly takes out most in an easy way. However some are minutes. Background noises, tracks with multiple sounds (from the era that nr of track/cd was limited and it is a nightmare now to split and modify documentation).

I just now realise that the new loop blocks instead of triangle will be a nightmare for the latter type.
