Unload track from a player

I'm fairly sure this isn't a current feature. I would like to be able to unload/remove a track from a player. This would take the player back to the empty state that you have when you first open the software and it says "Drop a track here..."

It could perhaps be an option if you right-click on the track info text that is above the waveform in the player.

Mixture of personal reasons why this is a desire. One of them is sometimes I want to empty it to remove a distraction, or to just hide it.

There's no button or right-click menu to do it, but you can map a keyboard/MIDI control to this.

The command is named 'Empty Player'.

Thank you! I need to learn more about using keyboard mappings. From your info, I have found that it's already set using shift + alt + cursor left/right so that means I can use it now I know how :)

For those of us without a MIDI controller (at present) a mouse based option (e.g. right-clicking) would be desirable as well please .... :)
