Not that it has any bearing on my purchase now, but a recent post got me thinking. When I purchased Cross, it was kind of disconcerting that I could instantly purchase the software, but the download link took up to 24 or 48 hours to show up in my email.

This caused me to be very anxious at purchase, which can now be partially alleviated with Cross Free. BUT... it would be a smoother and less aggravating switch to Cross if you can purchase and download within minutes of each other, not hours or days

I too was a bit surprised of the delay, although for me it was something like a few hours. I don't remember seeing any notice that there would be any delay and expected an instant download link. It all worked out though.

i think the issue is a matter of certifying that the monie is valid and not a fraudulent trans action

It's mainly because MixVibes doesn't do anything : it is handled by a 3rd party company (share-it if I remember well).

Yeah, I remember it being a third-party transaction. It might be worthwhile though in looking at other solutions that can verify money instantly, like paypal, and send a download link right after. Like I said, didn't influence my purchase, but with everyone being hell bent on instant gratification, it could be an overall improvement.

yes paypal is alwas good

We need to be sure that's the transaction is securised for both parties.
