it's not right that someone buy the video plugin at 130€ plus taxes and then now the video plug-in it's 62,99€.

That's just how it is I'm afraid.

well i think that this thing isn't correct to the customer...even some of my friends have bought Vfx, Vfx has been discontinued and they had the video plugin....without Cross so they couldn't use it except if they pay at least 40€.

But you can keep on using Vfx if you want! Discontinued doesn't mean disabled ...
The "Video plug-in + Cross" is a kind of upgrade from Vfx. And as a Vfx user, you already had a gift, that is the Video Pug-in. I guess we're more correct to the customer than most of the competitors are...
But you're too lucky, Uncle is in a good mood and will try to get you a discount...! (But if you get a discount, that won't be fair for the other customers... )

i was thinking that there will be a discount to all the customer who bought it at the full price, if i would be the only one who get this discount i think that i would go to the most fair way and say "ok, i don't want this discount". (if you see my first topic you will understand that i don't talk only about myself)

the fact of Vfx and the video plugin is that without Cross the video plugin is nothing, like an engine without a car.

P.S. i don't have the Vfx, i was talking about a friend
