Add sample bank as playlist item

Add the possibility to put sample banks into a playlist as one item with the name of the sample bank (and of course with a visual marker to show us it is a bank), not as the individual samples it has.
So if you prepare for a controllerist routine or a show, you can browse sample banks on your playlist and load them into the samplers quickly.
Right now, If I want to quicly load a sample bank, there is no way, since on my Cross the MIDI commands for bank loading and browsing won't work, and you can only load them by searching for them in the bank list, and right-click "Load sampler C/D" option.
It is VEEERYYY SLOW!
