What makes mixvibes better then Traktor? It´s more stable.

that´s not how the program gets more customers. i personally love mixvibes. but still, i use 4 dex now. since i play a lot of vinyl i don´t quite care about the missing 4 deck support.
that´s not the concept behind Cross.
but what does traktor lack featurewise? VIDEO SUPPORT!
the Vfx is a great piece of hardware, but it ain´t vinyl.
and all i use is vinyl.
what does serato have then? VIDEO SUPPORT!
but it´s fckin expensive. it ain´t even rational how expensive it is.

what do you ppl think about an upgrade that you have to buy which enables you to mix video just like serato? of course, u need a MIDI controller for that or a mixer that is MIDI enabled.

since i use a djm 800 i can do that, and considering that the 700/800s are club standard there´s a lot of potential for such a thing!

man you can´t imagine what a mess video support for mixvibes would make on the DVS market- all the ppl would leave traktor duo and serato in the stores takin mixvibes away! EPIC!

i´d be willing to pay quite a bit for this feature and i´m sure, many ppl would.

please, do that for us!

Thanks, video for mixvibes is Vfx for windows and Vfx & bootcamp under mac!
We might develop new video software working with Cross platform PC and mac but it isn't for a near future. Video with mixvibes will be only with Vfx in 2011

Joking aside, this is a massive step forward, and it just shows how the Mixvibes team are working hard to create the best DJ software ever!

I would still love mp3+g functionality though...
