I think he means that it is not only up to us to include Spotify integration. We would love to have Spotify support and have even reached out to them in the past, but they did not wish to partner with us. We won't add support for a streaming service without consent due to the legality of doing so.

Adam is right, it is a rights issue. Spotify did not wish to work with us, although we have reached out to them ; nothing more we can do at this point. Sorry about that.
