Minute markers & Track load grey-out

Postby kugmo on 15 Feb 2013, 12:50

Not sure if these have been discussed, i did a search and could not find the exact issues/suggestions (temporary insanity on my part, i guess).

#1 raw minute markers for the loaded track. a lot of the tunes these days in the 125-130 bpm range have their "impact points" around the minute marker, so instead of watching elapsed/remaining time and/or setting locators for each track, this might work as a rough visual cue.

#2 not having a track marked as "played" until i've pre-listened/pre-mixed(cued) it to about 45sec-1min. lots of times, i'd cue a track, set it up then decide to use another (and reserve the current cued track for later). the browser shows the currently cued track as "played" (greyed out), and this causes confusion later, especially after a few bottles of poison ("did i play that already???")
