Mixvibes Dj Community old forum

Hi,
I've purchased the Gemini DJMIX-5000, I can use Cross DJ on my phone and use the speaker/controller. However I cannot seem to get the laptop software to recognise the speaker/controller when i connect to it!

Not sure if i am using the incorrect cords, but if anyone knows how to set this up, or has any guidance, it would be greatly appreciated!
