Can you have an external mixer for video mixing for Cross 3.1 not that of mixvbies thats on the screen? Can you please help how to connect so it goes from one video to the other using a Cross fadder from my mixer.

Yes you can have the crossfader MIDI map to just Cross fade the video only
You need to set the audio perfrences in Cross to external mixer
And in the MIDI perfrences you need to MIDI map your mixer to Cross fade video only

You also need a mixer that will do audio / MIDI...what MIDI mixer do you have
