Cross DJ PRO 4.2: EFFECTS NOT WORK IN "MIXER EXTERNAL MODE

I have a problem using Cross DJ PRO 4.2 for mac with effects don't work in "external mix mode". Someone have the same?
When You think you'll be able to solve problem, cause I bought the new version of Cross DJ PRO 4 but I still use the old that work perfectly (I use Cross only in external mix mode HID or TIME CODE).
