Hello Everyone, new Cross DJ 4 user here

I have an unusual problem and have tried everything but cannot solve:
All audio in Player A and Player B is playing on the Player A side of Crossfader. When I move Crossfader entirely to Player B (right side) no audio is heard

Interestingly, when I use Player C and Player D, the Crossfader works fine. The only issue is Player A and B

Please help! I feel like it might be something quite obvious I did accidentally. Thank you

check the small buttons next to the Cross fader. might be B is off.
Else please post a screen capture.

Good evening and thank you very much, RoJeC. I tried buttons next to Crossfader as you suggested, but still not working properly. I eventually re-installed Cross DJ and now Crossfader working OK for Players A+B

Great you have it to work. But by this you haven't found the feature you acivated or deactivated. For sure it was not a bug!

Once you use Cross some more reinstall is not a solution as you will loose some settings.
Also a full reinstall requires additional (manual) action on top of de deinstall feature.
