Is CrossDJ4 only available in 64 bit? I need to run it in 32 bit in order to use the hardware I've got. Using a Mac and I can't figure out a way to open it in 32 bit. Hoping it's possible to do so!

i.m not a mac user. BUt if I recall right you can right click on the app icon and select it.
Some PC and maybe Mac don't support usb 1.1 from a USB 3.x port by default. You might be able to enable this with a setting or else use a USB 2.0 (supporting) switch. Preferably a powered one to make sure your controller has sufficient power.

Or wait for a Mac user with more info...

No such luck for the right click and I've tried every combo I can think of. Any mac users out there with some insight?

I don't think it's a usb issue as the hardware works as a MIDI controller just fine. But I'mm double-check with another cable just in case

Maybe you can google how to use 32bit. Prety sure it's a generic thing.
MIDI uses a lower layer of communication (in ISO-OSI model). It does not use drivers. So it is possible this works while audio doesn't.
