Hello to everyone. I get an error when I enter my serial number in the relevant boxes in my profile. I sent an e-mail to my name regarding this subject. I wrote to all officials. Although I wrote to all of them on October 28, none of them answered me. I'm really tired of this program and its admins. Their official support is really zero. I bought a new computer. I found the required installation file by searching with cracked. I have a license. I paid for this program. But I can't reach the program. Can you believe it? Is there anyone who can help with this issue?

Yes it's been some time since a MV staff member was active on the forum. Can't judge about other coms as this is the only place I and some mods try to keep alive somewhat (if only by removing the daily spam and such).
As far as I know there shouldn't be a reason why install and start should cause trouble for a new install.
Please make sure you use the right key with the right version of the product. If you did (I suppose) you could give it a try to start Cross as admin (right click on icon first). To windows this is a minor difference even if your win-profile has admin rights.

Only other thing I can think is to install an other (earlier) V4 version and see what happens.
