I upgraded to Cross DJ pro 4.
Previously, all effects worked with the xone23C set plus KONTROL X1.
Unfortunately, however, after losing the serial number and being forced to buy the new program. updated. because the old one was out of date. On the computer screen everything appears to move. But nothing works. I already searched the forum. I already moved manually. Without the controller. I can't get it to work. What is happening can clarify the problem?

Sorry can't help you with the fx. But to avoid not having your serial once more you could register it to your user account. See grey bar on top of this topic.

If you still have v3 installed you could try if you find that key in Help > About.

I already have my serial registered that would not be the case.
I also don't have the previous version anymore unfortunately.
I'm very upset with the fx bug that I've been noticing other users commenting on without support from the team.
How can I have a position with someone who has some knowledge or any future news of adjustment from you? It's been over a year since the new version!
