Configuring audio to send to booth monitor?

Hope everyone is safe & sound, and finding time to listen to their music.
I've got Cross DJ 4.2 for Mac & a U-Mix Control Pro
Currently I have it set up and working as expected: Routing Mode is Dual Stereo; Output 1 (Front Left/Front Right) goes out through Output 1/2 RCA jacks to the main speakers, and Output 2 (Output 3/Output 4) lets me cue in my headphones via the headphone jack.
I would like to also send the main signal out through Output 3/4 RCA jacks to a booth monitor and/or recorder.
I seem to have tried every possible combination of settings/routing modes, but I cannot for the life of me get sound to come out of Output 3/4 RCA without losing my headphone cueing.
Any suggestions would be welcome.
