MU-Mix Control PRO 2 - Problem Update

hi

i have a U-MIX_PRO 2, and i have a problem witg the controler.

When i turn the controler on, the source A and B button always flash.

So i tryed to update it

But once the file was droped in the update folder ... the controler start upload ( so i think ) but after, all the light on the white part flash without stopping. ( i uploaded U-MIX_PRO_v4.2.bin and then i tryed U-MIX_PRO_v4.3.bin )


( or does someone have the update file for the U-Mix Control Pro 2 ?


How can i do to solve this problem ?

Seems you're trying to update firmware with random files you found.

The firmware files can be found in drivers section of downloads.

But not likely a sudden problem will be solved by renewing the firmware.

First steps would be 1. try using a different USB port. Preferably one of a different usb host.
If no change try removing the controller form device manager (while not connected). Then reattach and wait for the driver to be installed (controller is class compliant so driver is send from controller to PC).

Also using a power supply for the controller might help. If you don't have a powered USB hub (controller is older gen so need relative lot of power).

Did not check but pretty sure only the UMCP1 has firmware update and this will not work for the (though using v1 update will make UMCP2 not work).

No, i used the officiel update on the download section, but i figured that there is only for "U-Mix Control pro1" and no 2, so that why i think there is errors, but the correct files are no longer on the download list

i also use that on 2 differents computers, with and without power supply
