I have CrossDJ 3.4.3 and the latest version of iTunes on my Mac Book Air. Last month I used the setup for a gig and it worked. This month when I started CrossDJ to do setup for another gig it would not connect to my iTunes library which I keep on an external hard drive. The drive shows up and the iTunes folder appears but I can't load the iTunes library. Any ideas?

Have you checked if in iTunes the setting for allowing access by third parties is still enabled?

Yes. I checked the iTunes preferences and the box in Advanced is checked. CrossDJ recognizes my external drive with the iTunes library but won't load the library. I can see the files in Collections but if I try to load on I get a file not found error.

I just tried connecting my old external drive and it connects just like it always did. iTunes is accessible. But the new drive does not connect.

Did you check the hard disc's letter?

I'm using a Mac Book Air. Our hard drives don't have a letter designation.

The hard drive is accessible from iTunes, the computer sees it, and it shows up in CrossDJ. But all I get in CrossDJ is the name of the drive and one folder, Previous iTunes Libraries, but the folder won't open. The songs will show up if I click on Collections but the songs won't load.

See, I have also faced the connection issue with my iTunes. I check the settings and make some changes. But it didn't work. Also I couldn't find some music. To resolve this issue I need to Restore iPhone Without Updating. Please help.
