I have an Allen and Heat 23c mixer it came with CrossLe also i purchased Cross DVS mixvibes vinyl.
this is all working with my Technics s 1210s i just got the Cross DJ 4 pro and cannot get my DVS to work.When i go to the calibration page it is showing that it is getting a reading or signal but the tracks just wont play.

same situation but I tried prior to purchase the demo and its not working with DVS mixvibes vinyls

What I find the most worrying is that i see here on the forum is the time it takes to get a response from the developers.I have spent nearly a 100Euro on this so would at least expect some kind of response.If I don't hear back before the end of the day I will ask for my money back and go elsewhere.

You have the Pro Version for the DVS to work as far as I am aware the Demo won't work with DVS.

Finally last night the demo worked for me with vinyls,
but still there some issues regarding lag sync, I dont know if its my computer, demo version or anything else

What kind of mixer you using? also what did you do to get it working?

How long does it take Team@MixVibes to get a response?

Have you set your player to 1 and 2
