DJ Cross stürzt nach 10 sek ab

Hallo, ich möchte gern DJ Cross für meinen Windows Laptop reaktivieren. Gesagt, getan - die aktuelle Version hier aus dem Forum herunter geladen und installiert. Nach dem Öffnen der .exe ist Cross jedoch nur kurz zu sehen und schließt dann automatisch. Ich wurde nach meiner Seriennummer gefragt, diese habe ich analog meiner Seriennummer in meinen Profilinformationen hier im Forum (die Serial selbst besitze ich nach ca. 5 Jahren nicht mehr bzw. ist ja hier im Profil hinterlegt). Auch eine De-und Neuinstallation hat nichts geändert. Hat jmd. eine Idee, wie ich das Problem beheben könnte?

You have to manually remove the mixvibes.settings file.
c:\users\[username]\appdata\mixvibes\
Reinstalling software does not fix this as the file is not removed by uninstall.

I don't like to say this, but I removed the file you've told me, but the problem isn't fixed. Any other idea?

DO you still have to enter the license key each time?

No, never. I double click on the .exe-file and Cross starts and chrashs down after around 5 seconds.
