After updating my Lenovo Windows 7 Computer after a long time, Cross DJ always crashes when the U-Mix Control 2 is connected.
When not, it works fine. Already tried removing the hardware an reinstalling it. It also starts without problems with Denon 6000 MK2.

windows 7 84 bit try running the 32 bit ver of Cross ,, should connect and run with out crashing

It only crashs with the U-Mix Control 2, not running alone or with other controllers. It worked before.

As Daniel suggested use Cross 32bit version only until this is resolved. The 64bit version adds a layer of potential problems.

Have you tried using a different USB port. Do not use other powerconsuming USB devices to the same USB host.

Does this error only effect the U-Mix Control or might I encounter problems in different areas as well?
