hi I have received a mix vibes MIDI device but when I download crossdj I have to upgrade to be able to use it. I have the upgrade key I was just wondering if anyone could guide me through this process. many thanks

If you register the licence key in your user profile you will be able to download from the downloads section (at the right).
By that you can download the right version, providing the key is not in use by a different user (if there was a preious owner of the MIDI controller)

It worked I didn't realise it would allow me to download the software I needed thank you so much. I have had this problem for a number of years.

Sorry you have this and glad it has been resolved.

Only thing to add to this is that the grey box on top of each topic is there for almost 15 years
