Hi I just bought RemixVideo

With Windows 8.1 it wouldn't record.
I upgraded to Windows 10. It still won't record.
I searched the forum and there were no clear answers.
I do have an asus duel core, as some post was mentioning might be the problem.

Any ideas?

Hi guys,

I am still waiting to hear back from the development team on this issue. I have the same problem on both of my Windows desktops (one has an AMD 6 core processor with windows 8.1 and the other has an i7 with windows 10).

The AMD machine is definitely buggier than the i7 but both have the same recording issue. It seems to me like it might be related to a codec issue or something, since there are temporary files that are created but the final render never is (as I am not a developer I can only speak generally from personal experience).

Since it works great on my Mac I though that it might be because I didn't have the correct Apple software installed on my windows machines. I made sure to have iTunes, Quicktime, and all other relevant Apple software I could think of but sadly nothing helped.

I'll continue to try and bug test this, to see if I can come up with a quick fix, but I suspect it might be a bigger issue than I can solve on my own.

good info ,, sorry too hear your having same issue ,, hopefully it will get resolved ,, it seems to be a good piece of software for what i need but ,,cant get rec samples to record or play in Cross ,, that would be ideal

Same here, cannot get the record function to work on Windows 7 or Windows 10. any idea?
