hello I have a problem with Cross DJ jai a macbook pro with a mixer denon 1700 when I put it in usb I want to start the sound its starts to flash red

WHich Cross software are you using and which version.
Have you selected the right MIDI mapping in Preferences > MIDI?

What is your Mac OS version?

I just saw this on DJ Worx in a user comment

Letting us know this info will help to diagnose your issue.

Since you are running El Captain, OS incompatibility shouldn't be an issue.

Do you have the most current drivers installed for your X1700?
