Idj 3 Not being recognised.

I have been having issues with Cross DJ and my idj 3 controller. Cross DJ is working fine on my Mac, however I can't use my IDJ 3 at all. The lights are all on but non of the buttons, knobs respond. I have installed all the drivers and uninstalled twice. My decks work with other software and it is only Cross DJ I am having problems with. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

the grey header above the posting ,,fourm rules ,, enter serial # in profile ,, check for updates in software ,,give more info and maybe screen shots of MIDI tab in preferences
