Hercules RMX 2 MIDI - Cross DJ Free Mac

I'm currently trying out Cross DJ Free with my hercules rmx 2 with a view to buy once giving it a go.
I can't get my Hercules RMX 2 to work with the free version - I can't see a MIDI tab in preferences - could this be the reason why?
In core audio I have:
1) Built in audio
2) DJ console RMX 2
Any ideas?

Cross DJ free was set up for android use and also to give a feel for the software ,, try the demo version to see if your set up works ,,any questions to help you make up your mind ,,feel free to ask
