If you use the 64 bit version of Cross it will not work with the original U-Mix Control Pro driver as the 64bit version only works with full 64bit drivers.

So you could try using the 32bit version of Cross (both version were installed by the same installation)

Malwarebytes wasn´t the trouble .
SOLVED !
i updated my windows 7 64 bits to windows 10 64 bits . Windows automatically updated laptop drivers, and that moment MY U-Mix Control WAS DETECTED AS AUDIO DEVICE, NOT AS USB DEVICE ( see the picture ) what was the trouble ? someone told me when i tryed to instal the ableton launchpad pro drivers in the same usb port were confused . i couldnt fix the problen on windows 7. but, on windows 10 mixvibes U-Mix Control and Cross 3.4.2 ( 32 bits ) work amazing ! thanks 4 u support my friends .
