I recently upgraded from a PC to a MacBook Pro. So I went ahead and try to upgrade to Cross so the zip file downloaded but when i try opening it said that micro file is not compatible with mac did it download the wrong file and if it did how do i het the one for mac.

if you go there try making a screen capture of the page to see if its the right one
also system spec and os version of your mac computer ,, this info will help the dev team figure out what going on ,if the faultlies on mixvibes side ,,

Im trying to install Cross i already have Cross DJ it seems that they gave me the file for windows not mac. How can i get the mac file i already paid for the upgrade.

Cross ,do you have a licence key ,,if you read they grey header gives instructions as to regerstering the key in the fourm,,this will allow you to access the Cross version of the software and updates ,,

looks like you are trying to access/load a win version of the software ,, look at my screen shot this is the mac version of Cross DJ ,,
when you regerster it should give you access to the Cross software ,,
if when you access the download section and if you are selecting the mac version and that message pops up ,, will have it check by support , ,

once you get Cross regerstered then you will see the two software badges in your postings ,,

penned it to the support staff ,, if by chance there wasnt a mistake in chosing the win download instead of the mac then they will check the file out ,, if you are still having issues getting regerster the Cross software then try the Cross DJ software up date mac file too see if you get same outcome ,,
info on os ver you are running and how you upgraded ,, no serial #s in the open form posting pages ,,dont want you too loose the software ,
