Do the CUE and MIX knobs in the top right corner move accordingly as you adjust them in the MCX8000 ?

yep discoplex saw it the middle rotary knob in gui labeled mix ,,should be fully counter clockwise ,,other wise the master out will be heard in your monitor/pre fade listing section ,,

i noticed your buffersize (latency) being pretty high for ASIO usage.

Don't know if there's a reason for this, but like 5ms would be worth trying.

Even appx 1ms can be achieved by Cross. However if this is possible for you depends on components and PC setup. (I run at 1.1ms)
