Hey,
i have an U46MK2 connected with two turntables. So far so good everything running smooth and perfect. Now i connect my Novation Dicers. The drivers of both hardware instantly fail to install. When i colse MixVibes Cross and install the drivers of both hardware manually the are shown as "installed properly". Now when i start Mxvibes the Dicers work perfectly, the DVS is recogniced but it doesnt show any turntable movment (not even in the calibration window of the settings) . When i disconnect the Dicers and restart the software the DVS is running fine again. When i start MixVibes with my DVS plugged in and than plug my LPD8 in, everything is plug and play and works perfectly with all MIDI presets.
So what do i have to do to use my Dicers and DVS at the same time ??

what version of the software are you running
what os are you useing and ver
how are you setting up you audio ,
seems strange ,,but some more info might help get it sorted

I am using Cros 3.3.10 on Win7.
My audio is set up normally as it was bevore i got the dicers and how it works with my LPD(. Its set on external Mixer. The two inputs are my turntables and on 1 Cue Outputs and 2 outputs for the normal mixer channels.

Please first upgrade to 3.4.3. Mght not resolve it, but a necessary step for the devteam . Initially only use the 32bit version . this avoids driver related issues (when using 64bit )

I am using the 32bit version only.
Where can i update to 3.4 ? When i open Cross it says its on the newest standard and doenst show any update options .

your version should be listed on the short cut/ver name
if you go to download section in the fourm, there you will find the latest version for download 3.4 is the latest ,

Ok running the newest Version of Cross as 32 bit now. Still exact same problem

Did a quick search and noticed the Novation Dicers do have a history of not working as expected for some users, using a variety of audio programs.

As there was an install issue you may want to start from scratch with the dicers. (there doesn't seem to be any indication yet for Cross to have an issue, so please don't reinstall this).

Check if new firmware is available for the ND. If so apply this.
Next remove the ND from your system; make sure the dicers are removed from the devices list in Windows, also all drivers should be removed.

Disconnect and first install the driver with the latest ND driver. Usually during the install it's mentioned when to connect the device.

Many audio devices are Class Compliant, meaning they can work out of the box by a kind of self install system. If however there was a (rare) error for whatever reason it may be that it's not corrected by an upgrade.

Here the Solution
1. Plug your Interface in your Computer as you usually do
2. Uninstall your MIDI drivers and divices you want to use and which were plugged in before
3. Plug a USB-Hub in and wait till its drivers are installed
4. Plug all your MIDI divices in the Hub and wait till their drivers are installed
5. Start MixVibes and be a happy guy !
