Happy new year all,

Unfortunately mine didn't start too well. Upon installing Cross, i have tried to set it up with my Hercules RMX.

Now going into the setting, under the MIDI section, the controller is online and should be working.



But under the audio tab, when i select the 'Hercules DJ Console RMX ASIO' under the ASIO tab, my computer freezes for a few seconds and displays an error message saying 'Error while opening "Hercule DJ Console RMX ASIO" - invalid input parameter.'

I have all the latest drivers for the controller, and under the DJ console Rmx, under the ASIO panel, I have 'ASIO' selected and not WDM.

Try using the 32bit version of Cross. If your audio drivers are 32bit the 64bit Cross will not work with it.

Unfortunately there is no 32bit option on the installer?

what operating system ,,in win if no shortcut installed on desk top look where programs are pick Cross thats not labeled 64 bit version

The default directory for the installation is:
C:\Program Files \MixVibes\Cross 3.4.0

Which is 32bit?

any ideas?

Ah wait, ive now tried both 64/32 bit, still not joy?
