J'ai investi 350 euros dans la table et le logiciel il y'a 3 ans. Le magasin me dit qu'il ne peuvent pas m'aider pour mon problème !

Suite à changement ordinateur puis changement disque dur l'option pré-écoute ne marche pas avec ma table U-Mix Control Pro et la version 3.4 de Cross DJ.

Et je dois mixé dans quelques jours !

Preferences > audio > routing mode = dual stereo

Do you have output 1 to channel 1/2 and output 2 to channel 3/4?

In the overall interface:
knob fader 'cue' to set volume of Cue signal.
knob fader 'mix' to mix 'Cue' and 'Main' volume to pre-ecoute

enable 'headphone' button in mixer section to have audio send to the Cue.

If this doesn't help, please upload screen capture of your audio settings and of the overall interface. Also explain what you expect to happen at the moment of the capture, so we'll be able to get you going..
