Connecting CDJ 850 to Cross LE

i have followed each instruction for use with the Xone23c mixer i purchased and each deck is being recognised as a waveform on the calibration page in preferences. However everytime i try to calibrate it it says "the speed is not 1 (i.e pitch 0) however I have tried many different ways to adjust this i cant get the cdjs to calibrate.
can someone please advise me on how to calibrate my cdjs? thank you
