Cross DJ SOFTWERE ISSUES - URGENT!

Dears,

I am experiencing some issues with the software.
I am playng with the INTERNAL MIXER MODE using the settings listed on the manual (as I always did in the last years).

This time ther's something weird going on:

-If i use the settings listed on the manual (OUTPUT 1: U-Mix Control Pro 1/U-Mix Control Pro 2 // OUTPUT 2 U-Mix Control Pro 3/U-Mix Control Pro 4) I have the audio working fine in speakers -ut i've no pre-listen.

-if i use the settings (OUTPUT 1: U-Mix Control Pro 3/U-Mix Control Pro 4// OUTPUT 2 U-Mix Control Pro 1/U-Mix Control Pro 2) I have audio signal arriving to my headphonse but none into the speakers.

I can also control the volume in my headphones using the controller's dec controls of the traks. And this is quite weird.

Hope i've been clear enough and I really hope you can help me asap...

What about the 'MIX' knob on top of the screen, does adjusting it affect anything ?

:cool: as discoplex suggest check the mix/cue knob in the gui should be fully counter clockwise ,,
out put 1 ,, U-Mix 1/2
out put 2 U-Mix 3/4
check that the volume knob for headphones is up and the gui headphone volume is up also
