Crash on Boot Win7 Pro64 bit

Hello,

I recently picked up a laptop to use as a backup, and i have been having issues with Mixvibes Cross 3.3.11. I install program, and things seems fine. i scan files, and once the scan finishes, the program crashes and upon subsequent reboots, it always seems to crash either instantly or after a few seconds. I have tried a normal reinstall, i have also tried unistalling, and removing the appdata folders and removing the old database. i have tried both 32 and 64 bit versions.

If I do a fresh install, it seems to work fine, but once i scan my videos the problem comes back. (Note: I am scanning just a directory of video files.) A corrupt file, perhaps? how would I go about finding which one is the issues, the scan seems to complete before the crash happens.
My system specs are as follows:

Core i7-2760QM
Win 7 Pro 64 bit
8gb Ram
Nvidia NVS 4200M
ASIO4ALL installed

here is a link the the crash .dmp file:

i want to add that this group of files come off my primary laptop, whihc runs windows 10 with mixvibes and has not crashes since i started using 3.3.11. occasionally a video won't load but, the prgram has been pretty stable for a long time on the windows 10 machine.

the specs for that machine are in my profile:

i5
8gb ram
win 10
geforce 940m

The devteam will have to check what's in the dmp file.

If you use it as a backup you may want to consider syncing all the files instead of having to scan. (analysis folder, collection, tracks).

Also in this situation your issue has to be resolved.

I'll try copying my working library database over tonight, thanks for the advice.

I copied the database from my main functioning win10 laptop to the backup win7 machine, and i was unable to enable the video plug in. i uninstalled and reinstalled while keeping the "good" database folder on the machine and upon installation it seems to be working now. I am also downloading 3.4 at the moment.

TL:DR - Copied database from working machine, program seems ok?
