Crash when selecting MOTU interface

Hi all,
I recently changed my laptop, including upgrading from Win7 to Win10 and from Cross 2.1 to Cross 3.3.11
It used to work well with my MOTU interface, but now Cross crashes as soon as I select the MOTU interface in the parameters. Everytime. With 32 bit and 64 bit versions as well.

Now Cross is absolutely not usable for me.
Is there any known such issue?

Thanks in advance for the feedback ;-)

This is not known behavior.
Just some suggestions to narrow down potential cause.

Try reinstalling the W10 drivers of interface as sometimes W10 update causes driver trouble.
If the interface only has WDM driver try using asio4all as asio driver and when selected (in Cross audio settings) select your motu.
If your motu has a seperate settings tool try increasing latency (512 for asio or 2048 for WDM).

If you're somewhat lucky Cross has a crash file in it's user folder. If so please upload this.

In between sessions be sure to use Cross with a working interface (like internal audio card) to be sure your settings file doesn't create trouble.
Use Cross 32bit until it works. This avoids restrictions of the 64bit version which requires all used drivers to be 64 bit whereas the 32bit version can use all 64bit drivers.

Please let's know some results.
