The 'CDJ 2000 Nexus 2' isn't supported yet.

When 3.3.11 was released the '2' didn't exist. Unfortunately a new release isn't finished yet.

Someone of MixVibes will have to tell you more; just trying to help you to avoid spending time on this... It may be possible to create your own MIDI mappings instead of using HID, but this may not be the way to go for you.

Indeed, not supported in Cross for now. Future releases could bring this but I cannot say much about it.
Besides, CDJ are supported in Cross and not in Cross DJ, as shows this comparison table: http://www.mixvibes.com/wp-content/uplo ... 1-2014.pdf

Indeed, CDJ "communicate" with the software through a protocol called HID, while regular controllers communicate with the soft through MIDI.
In short:
- CDJ = HID = Cross
- Controller = MIDI = Cross DJ
