I been using mixvibes 3.3.10 for a while i never had a problem with it but last week i played a gig and every time i would load a track it would take like 15 seconds to load with my Pioneer ddj sx controller. But with out no controller connected it would load the tracks very fast. Would you guys know what could be causing this issue?

32 or 64 bit ?

Update to 3.3.11 (downloads link at the right).

If your initial track load was with controller and when disconnected was the second then the analyses process may be involved.

To compare you best make sure to have the analysis done before.
More technical things could be behind it as well, like sleeping of USB ports, antivirus on tracks being loaded (so 2nd time will be faster).

Hello Noss, I guess you can try to follow RoJeC's advice (update to newer version, deactivate anti virus on files, etc.) and tell us if the problem is still here.

I tried updating to 3.3.11 but it wont let me it keeps saying that file is corrupted.

Please try downloading again. It's been out for over a year, so there shouldn't be a reason at the side of mixvibes to look for the problem.

Maybe use a different browser to try it.

Also further support is only useful when you have this latest version.
