Hi everybody!
I want to connect
Pioneer CDJ 850 (by USB) with PC (Win 10) and U-Mix Control Pro (by USB) in Cross DJ 3.3.11 to record mixes at home
(jack out in laptop -> external amplifier or chinch out in U-Mix -> external amplifier)
HOW TO DO IT PROPERLY ?
(I mean not cable coonections, but computer mapping and other software "things", like preferences -> audio -> routing mode etc... or preferences->midi-> and to add Pioneer 850 properly (!), beacuse Cross DJ recognises only one Pioneer (instead of two) constantly !!!) thank you for help !

P.S. 1: Everything worked in my previous version of MixVibes... All buttons in Pioneer & Mixvibes worked / were competable. after upgrade - no. OK in case of "oftware defeat" I'll have to return to my previous version, unfortunatelly....
P.S. 2.: I would like to use my U-Mix Control Pro as a mixer. does it miean that I also need to connect U-Mix Control Pro by USB to PC ? because on that link that you send, there is no connection of mixer with PC

Before current setup I had: - laptop with Win 7 (64bit) - CDJ 850 - U-Mix Control Pro
everything worked properly
after I bought new laptop wit Win 10 and updated MixVibes to CrossDJ everything failed, even with the same setup (!)
that's why I have decided to post you for Help
P.S. The first "setup/startup" picture is nice, but... there no instructions for further setps , I mean MIDI mapping / adding players (f.egz. Pioneer 850) to the program setup. That looks painful / uncoumfortable. Too much time needed for that , especially , if you are not a software or DJ only [I work in hospital in my everyday life, for the last years I'm DJing for hobby only, using CDs / Vinyls]. Compairing MixVibes to other DJ Soft (tractor for egz.) - it was much more stable, easier etc In the previous version of MixVibes everything worked "automatitially" - plug in, small set up & GO! New version of your software requires much more time. I hope that next updates it will become better, because I liked the MixVibes from the very first glance & I've used it for years (!!!), & I hope, the next generations will be better only!

Thanks RoJec for clarifying, hope it helps jaguarrrr
Jaguarrr > thanks for the kind words. Indeed, I acknowledge that set-up ease should be a priority and will push internally in this direction.

Older versions of the software are not optimized to work with more modern version of the OS (W10 in your case).
If you want to use DJ software on the latest OS version, you should, generally - there are always exceptions, use the latest DJ Software version.
