I just started using Cross DJ today for basic automated playback capability. However, the fade time slider indicated in the user guide is not visible. I see all the other icons(MIX, Repeat, Shuffle, SYNC) but no fade time slider. Any ideas?

Unfortunately it has been moved into preferences.

The manual has some older screen captures.

Would be great if it design glitch gets undone (imoh)

RoJec, are you talking about design glitch in the manual or in the software itself?

Found it, thanks for the quick reply. I agree, it would make sense to see it on the same "Autoplay" control area as that is when I would want to access it to make minor tweaks.

Taking out the slider from the autoplay imoh was (is) a big mistake.
To me it's not a static setting, but something to work with in live situations, as well as when perparing music.
My work around now is that I use a command to set to 0 and a command to +1s per click.

If putting it back would be a problem, please at least show the value...

(BTW first 4alpha showed the autoplay being completely redesigned into a useless feature....)

So my choice is to call the manual being OK....

Thanks a lot for this input that I wasn't personally aware.
I transfer this to the team and hopefully they will take it into account and stick to the manual layout.
